I am Gábor Barcs, I started working with drug addicts and their relatives in 2015. Initially I volunteered in needle exchange and in a group for relatives. Since 2017 I have been working as a mentor in the adult house. I am a psychologist by profession, graduated from Károli Gáspár Reformed University in 2018. I am currently training at the Hungarian Family Therapy Association, studying family therapy.

The Reformed Drug Mission is seeking volunteers, primarily in Budapest, for the following areas of service: Doctors, lawyers, attorneys, educators, pastors, guitar and/or synthesizer teachers, sports coaches, career guidance specialists, psychologists, pastoral care workers, website maintenance, accountants, donation organizers, social workers-, hospital visitors, organising and running programmes, bible studies, leading groups, contacts, correspondence, receptionist work, catering, other transport, cleaning, painting, maintenance, cooking, etc.
Depending on the area of ministry, volunteers may assist in the drug mission ministry on a regular or ad hoc basis.
