The Health Dock Charitable Foundation is an organisation for everyone who wants to be HEALTHY.

You were born into the world, so you have the right to enjoy the beauty of life, to laugh, to be honest, to release your anxieties. You have a place among us and in the world. You're REAL!
Our story
Between 2006 and 2010, during our youth work in Gárdony, we felt the need to create the Health Dock. From time to time, the Gárdony Reformed Congregation Youth Group was joined by several people who were seeking refuge and acceptance in our community because their lives had turned into some kind of bad life practice.
The Foundation was created primarily for them, so that they can find themselves in the community that is being formed, and get answers to their problems if they have already tried a mind-altering drug or become a substance abuser. And to experience how they can have a full life without drugs.
At the same time, we welcome anyone who wants to be part of a community based on acceptance and respect for each other, and to learn about themselves and others.
Our personal motivation lies in our God-given vocation for this work, as well as the recovered addiction history of our professional leader Gábor Gönczi.
Our staff carry out their work with a Christian approach and values, in harmony with professional and ethical considerations.
